INGREDIENTS (LEMON TWIST FLAVOUR) - Maltodextrin, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), L-Taurine, Guarana Extract, Electrolyte Blend (Trisodium Citrate, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride), Flavouring, Caffeine, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Sweetener (Sucralose), Vitamin A (Acetate), Natural Colour (Turmeric Extract), Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine).

SUGGESTED USE - Mix well 10g (one scoop) with 330ml of water or in a shaker (best is chilled). Boost Serving Mix well 20g (two scoops) with around 500ml of water or in a shaker or dilute to taste (best is chilled). Do not exceed 3 scoops per day.
