Product contains electrolytes so checked out impact on my running and cycling. Highly recommend it! No need to buy additional energy drinks for sports, just use this one. Win win! Not really a gamer, but having gone through the ingredients breakdown thought this would be ideal for a welcome boost during my biking and my attempt at jogging. Great flavour profile and it certainly gave me a welcome hit when it came to my exercise activities.
